Missing Runaway Teen Could Be In Annewakee Trails: Police
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office needs the public's help to find a Douglas County teen with a history of running away.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — The Douglas County Sheriff's Office needs the public's help to find a Douglas County teen with a history of running away, according to police.
Karlisa Lowe left her home April 24 without her mother’s permission. She is believed to be staying with her network of friends somewhere in Annewakee Trails Subdivision, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Lowe is described as approximately 5'05" and 120 pounds. She was last seen and her mother's home, in Douglas County, wearing a pink and white floral print shirt and matching pants.
