Murder Arrest in Douglasville: GBI
Marqkeela Lawain Hill, 35, is accused of killing Toccoa man in February, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
DOUGLASVILLE, GA — State and local authorities have arrested a suspect in the death of Thomas Colbert.
Marqkeela Lawain Hill, 35 of Douglasville, is charged with one count of murder in the death of Tomas Colbert.
Georgia Bureau of Investigation agents made the arrest in Douglasville on Monday afternoon, with aid from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.

Colbert, 21, was found suffering from several gunshot wounds on Feb. 7 at a home in Toccoa, Ga. He was pronounced dead at an area hospital.
The investigation is still ongoing, according to GBI statement.
