New Manchester High School, HOPE Jingle

With great pride, I am happy to announce that New Manchester High School FAME students have won the (popular vote) in the HOPE Scholarship Jingle Competition. We are awaiting final word. The popular vote was 40% of the determining factor. The remaining 60% will be based on composition, editing and more. Thank you, to all that placed your votes.
