Powered Up Systems Opens in Douglas County

Owner Mark Valenti is pleased to announce the opening of his new business, Powered UP Systems: THE MELTDOWN.

Powered UP Systems is located at 8305 Cherokee Boulevard in Douglasville. Mark celebrated the opening with family, friends and clients by holding a Douglas County Chamber Ribbon Cutting ceremony on October 9.

The MELTDOWN is a fun group fitness program, designed for all ages and fitness levels. You do not have to be fit to join but if you are, clients still experience their very best work out every session! Powered UP Systems encourages teams that are focused on experiencing the greatest personal and group results. They do this by including a number of exercises that often involves pairing up with others for fun and effective workouts.

Years of experience have proven that interval training leads to the fastest and most outstanding changes in body composition. Powered UP Systems loves to reward efforts and our members look forward to participating in several “challenges” throughout the year for prizes and recognition.

All MELTDOWN boot campers have full access to the scheduled events. In addition to the option of participating in up to 14 boot camp classes each week, there are other free classes included in member packages. Whether clients would like to complete their MELTDOWN routine with nutrition classes, yoga, dance, or learn CPR and AED skills; Powered UP systems has plenty of options to promote and improve your health and fitness.
