Sweet Shop Opens In Douglasville

Farmer's Table's new addition, the Sweet Shop, serves desserts, coffees, pastries and more.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA – The Farmer’s Table owner, Susan Henderson, family, staff, customers and Chamber representatives celebrated the grand opening of their new Sweet Shop by holding a Douglas County Chamber Ribbon Cutting on May 30. The Farmer's Table is a local business and cafe featuring fresh fruits and vegetables sourcing those foods as close to home as possible. They are located at 3670 Highway 5 in Douglasville.

Established in 2001, Farmer’s Table strives to make every customer's visit one they will not forget. In the Café, they serve breakfast and lunch as well as desserts, coffee, and smoothies. Most of the items on the shelf including jams, jellies, dressings, breads, and ciders are made locally in Georgia. Throughout the year, the Farmer's Table also sells King Cakes, pumpkins, and Christmas trees.
