Help Keep Douglasville Beautiful name our mascot!
We've selected the "best of the best"; now everyone gets to vote for their favorite on our Facebook page.

Here are the contest rules:

Selection of Winners

A. The public will vote on the finalists and the one with the most votes will be the grand prize winner.

B. Winner will be notified via email (using the email provided in contest entry).

C. Winner will be featured on the City of Douglasville website and the Keep Douglasville Beautiful mascot will officially be called the name of the winning entry.

Prizes

A. Prizes will be awarded as follows:

a. One Grand Prize winner will be selected and will:

i. Receive a Keep Douglasville Beautiful swag bag
ii. Be featured on the City of Douglasville webpage and social media pages.
iii. Have the name submitted in their winning entry be the name of the Keep Douglasville Beautiful mascot

Contest Timeline

A. February 18th, 2021: Finalists that are chosen are featured on the City of Douglasville’s Facebook page to be voted on by the public
B. February 26th, 2021: Contest winner notified by email.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The City of Douglasville and Keep Douglasville Beautiful reserve the right to cancel the Keep Douglasville Beautiful Name Our Mascot contest for any reason at any time during the contest duration.

2. The City of Douglasville and Keep Douglasville Beautiful reserve the right to amend these rules and policies at any time and without notice. Any changes will be posted on the City of Douglasville website.

3. Winners of any prize are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

4. Each individual agrees that City of Douglasville and Keep Douglasville Beautiful and their respective affiliates, employees, or funding agency shall not be responsible or liable for damages or losses of any kind arising out of or resulting from entry in this contest, acceptance or use of a prize or any other matter related to the contest, including, without limitation, claims based on property damage, personal injury and/or death, publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.

5. By entering the Keep Douglasville Beautiful Name Our Mascot contest, each individual agrees to abide by and are bound by all decisions from the contest review committee relating to the determination winners.

6. Upon submission of the entries, the individual agrees that The City of Douglasville and Keep Douglasville Beautiful owns the rights app name and may use in any way deemed necessary.
