An environmental nonprofit and local homeowners have issued a formal intent-to-sue notice, giving the company 60 days to fix alleged violations before federal litigation proceeds. 
• Tiffany Haddish avoids more jail time by pleading guilty to a drunken driving charge in Georgia (courant.com) — A DUI case tied to a 2022 arrest in Peachtree City concluded this week in Fayetteville, where comedian Tiffany Haddish pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor alcohol-related driving charge and received 12 months’ probation. The judge rejected her speedy-trial challenge, noting her own scheduling delays, while other charges were dropped and no additional jail time was imposed.
• ‘Will Trent' Season 5 Starts Filming Friday at Eagle Rock Studios in Norcross, Georgia (fanbolt.com) — Fayetteville gets a brief spotlight as James Gunn’s upcoming Superman film, Man of Tomorrow, continues shooting at Trilith Studios under the working title “Exodus.” The story mainly focuses on Will Trent Season 5 filming in Norcross and what these productions mean for Georgia’s struggling film economy and local crew jobs.
