• Over dozen Georgia hospitals to receive funds to avoid closing, keep staff (wsbtv.com) — Nashville’s SGMC Berrien Campus is set to receive roughly $187,500 in new federal grant funding aimed at helping rural hospitals keep their doors open and retain staff. The money, part of a nationwide Rural Hospital Provider Assistance Program championed by Sen. Jon Ossoff, can be used to support emergency, inpatient, and other essential services in Berrien County and beyond.
