Observed sliced tomatoes and shredded cheese placed on time control from 9 am to 2 pm based on label. Manager changed discard time to 1 pm. Foods on time control must not exceed 4 hours time markings. No permit and servsafe certification was in public display. No Smoking poster was not posted at food service establishment entrances.
