Georgia Gives Day is this Thursday, December 6, 2012 and enAble of Georgia Foundation, Inc., the fundraising arm of enAble of Georgia, Inc. (enAble), is excited to be participating! The purpose of Georgia Gives Day is to bring the state together as one community, to raise as much money and awareness as possible for Georgia nonprofits within a 24-hour, flash mob of giving on the Website www.GAgivesday.org.
To quote Karen Beavor, President and CEO of the Georgia Center for Nonprofits – the organization presenting Georgia Gives Day – “Nonprofits touch nearly every part of our lives. We are very excited to give Georgians an opportunity to truly recognize the nonprofit organizations in their community and give where they live.”
