Brown’s aunt, Pat Houston, on Wednesday said in a statement that the family would be moving Brown into hospice care. On Thursday, singer and father Bobby Brown and other family members were seen arriving at the facility in Gwinnett County.
A lawsuit filed by Brown’s legally appointed conservator alleges her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, was physically abusive, attempted to control her finances and took money from her while she was hospitalized, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Brown was discovered unresponsive inside a bathtub the morning of Jan. 31 at her home on Riverbend Manor in Roswell.
Police and fire crews took over life-saving measures once they arrived on the scene, and Brown was transported to North Fulton Hospital for treatment. She was later moved from North Fulton to Emory Hospital where she was surrounded by family and friends.
Last month, Gordon released a statement in May, pleading with the family to let him see Brown.
In May, Bobby Brown was granted co-guardianship of his daughter, which he will share with Pat Houston, ABC News reported.
