Gordon 'Legally Responsible' for Bobbi Kristina Brown's Death: Report
The daughter of R&B sensations Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston died in July 2015.

ROSWELL, GA -- A Fulton County Superior Court judge on Friday ruled the boyfriend of the late Bobbi Kristina Brown was "legally responsible" for the woman's death.
Judge T. Jackson Bedford handed down the ruling during a hearing held in connection to the wrongful death lawsuit filed by Brown's estate.
According to 11 Alive, Bedford made the ruling after Gordon failed to show up for Friday's hearing.

The station also reports a jury will determine how much money will be awarded to Brown's conservator.
Brown, the 22-year-old daughter of R&B singers Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, died July 26, 2015, at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth.

Her death came several months after she was discovered unresponsive inside a bathtub the morning of Jan. 31, 2015, at her Roswell home.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office ruled Brown's cause of death to be lobar pneumonia caused by the "immersion of face in water complicating mixed drug intoxication" and the delayed effects of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, or brain damage caused by the loss of oxygen.
