Healing Through Breathing (Pranayama)
Discover breathing techniques, or pranayama, that aid in relaxation

Pranyama is breathing exercises developed by ancient yogis to purify the body and mind by controlling, regulating, and channeling the prana, the vital force or energy. We take in prana through the air we breathe. Practicing exercises can increase the amount of air we take in, therefore increasing our intake of prana as well. In this class you will explore with different types of synchronized breathing techniques that can be used to bring about positive changes from inside out.
