Try a 15 minute mini Thai Yoga session

Thai Yoga is a deeply relaxing and revitalizing form of body work that blends assisted yoga stretches and energy balancing. The practitioner uses her/his body including feet, knees, elbows, and hands to weave together a sophisticated sequence of deeply healing stretches. This unique approach to energy balancing creates a blissful integrated experience that results in a deep release of blocked energy as well as improved spinal alignment, better physical balance and increased flexibility. We are offering 15 minute mini-sessions, so call to schedule your appointment today! Space is limited. The sessions will be performed on a special padded mat on the floor, so please dress comfortably.
