Woman Who Died At Fulton Hospital Needs ID'ing, Police Say
Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a woman they say died more than a year ago at a Roswell hospital.
ROSWELL, GA — Police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying a woman they say died of a medical emergency more than a year ago in Roswell.
The woman was hospitalized on Nov. 21, 2024 at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital, where she died, Roswell Police said Wednesday.
Investigators said after she died, they determined the personal information she gave hospital staff was not accurate. Despite efforts to identify the woman, police said they have exhausted all available leads.

"While her death is not considered suspicious, and there is no active criminal investigation, it is deeply important to us to restore her name and identity," police said in a news release.

Police have released an image of the woman they say shows her clothing and appearance shortly before she died. A Georgia Bureau of Investigation forensic sketch that police say depicts the woman's likeness and her most recent hairstyle was also released.

Police said the woman is in her mid-50s to 60s, is about 5-feet-3-inches tall and weighs 275 pounds. The woman did not have any identifying scars, markings or tattoos, police said.
"We are asking anyone who recognizes the woman in the provided photo and sketch, or who may have information regarding her background, to come forward. Every person deserves the dignity of their own identity, and your information could be the key to providing that for her," police said in the release.
