Track and Field Sends Nine to State Meet (thesylvaniatimes.com) — Screven County’s recreation track and field team is sending nine young athletes to the GRPA State Meet in Carrollton on May 8–9 after standout performances at the District 1 meet. Twenty-nine local competitors reached district level, and coaches say the group represented Screven County with pride across multiple age groups and events.
