Charges Filed in Fatal Windy Hill Road Crash
The crash happened early on the morning of June 3, when a Dodge Challenger traveling 100 mph struck another car.

MARIETTA, GA -- Charges have been filed against the driver of a Dodge Challenger that struck another vehicle last week and killed its driver.
The crash happened around 2 am on June 3, when the orange Challenger slammed into another vehicle. Police say the Challenger's driver, David Fuller, 31, was driving around 100 mph when the crash happened.
The driver of the other car, Guadalupe Osnorio, 26, of Smyrna, was killed. He leaves behind a 5-year-old son, according to Channel 2 Action News.

Both Fuller and another passenger in his car, Dillion Gallion, 22, suffered serious injuries.
Windy Hill Road was closed for several hours following the crash, as police investigated the scene.

Fuller is charged with homicide by vehicle, serious injury by vehicle, reckless driving, and fleeing and attempting to elude.
