Man Exposed Self, Rubbed Woman At Cobb Store: Police

The woman, shopping at TJ Maxx, first thought the man was simply walking past until her 4-year-old daughter told her what she saw.

SMYRNA, GA — A man is in jail after being accused of rubbing his exposed genitals against a woman who was in a Cobb County department store with her two young daughters.

Smyrna Police say Donquarious Green, 26, of Atlanta, was arrested on Sunday. He is charged with child molestation and public indecency for in incident that happened in July at the TJ Maxx at 2540 Cumberland Blvd.

According to a police report, a woman told an officer that a man had brushed up against her as she was shopping. She at first just thought the man was trying to get past her but, later, her young daughter told her the man's "private" was exposed and he brushed it against her.

The two girls are 4 and 2, the family told WSB-TV.

According to the police report, the incident was captured on video surveillance in the store.

"We just pray it's one of those things that's erased from (the 4-year-old girl's) memory," the woman's husband told the station.

According to Cobb County Sheriff's Office records, Green is being held on a $25,000 bond.
