Mr Kem Mullins; Wellstar's new president assured everyone at the South Cobb Business Association Meeting that they would be in good hands if they come to Cobb Wellstar in Austell.
The monthly meeting of the SCBA was attended by approx 150 people and they were able to learn all about the new equipment, the core values and the mission statement of the Wellstar facility on Austell Road in South Cobb.
Mr. Mullins who has been president for only a few months, said there are 2000 employees there to take care of you as well as 200 volunteers and 63 "Volunteens" so you should be in great hands during your visit.

He spoke to the oversold crowd from the podium of the Presbyterian Village and had several of the senior management team on hand.
Several questions were presented to him when he asked for them. Regarding medicare, medicade, the effect of the recnt Supreme Court decision as well asΒ demmands on the Emergency rooms. One attendee told about a recent visit with her husband and how pleased she was with everything about the hospital.Β

Another attendee wanted to know, If she lived exactly half way between Cobb and Kennestone and she experienced a chest pain which facility should she get to?Β Take an aspirin and then come to Cobb, because thats where I am president.
The humor of Mr. Mullins was well received and appreciated. His Financial Officer Mr. Bud Budzinski and several other top managers were on hand and assisted in giving out door prizes after the imformative speech.
