Banks and Shane blow the top off with 200 minutes of fantastic music and strolls down memory lanes.
"Oh, what a night."
Lanier Island Ampitheatre and a sold out crowd that included many Cobb Countians was the scene to celebrate along with Banks and Shane.
The Duo and once they were a "threeo," (according to Banks) played for three-plus hours to a wild and slightly older, dancing, revelling crowd. It was just good clean fun and even included country, spiritual, long and short songs. The duo has played for the last 40 years.

Couples from across the USA (seriously) came to sit, listen ,enjoy and join in a 600-person Conga line. One couple who were celebrating their 40th anniversay came and enjoyed the show.
Neal Boortz was in attendance having flown back from out west to be at the celebration and he sang right along with them from the stage. He was great too.
Cobb County's own Larry Burke and wife Barbara were there. Banks and Shane played at their wedding almost 18 years ago.
Without question, it was a night to remember.
Thank you Banks and thank you Shane and all the other artists that joined them on stage for 200 wonderful minutes of good clean fun and music.
