It's Time To Be Grateful

Take some time out today and show gratitude for the amazing life that you have!!

Monday morning always brings to me a fresh perspective...an excitement about the possibilities that the week has in store for me and the ability to tap into the flow of abundance that God has to offer us.

I was recalling some of the headlines on the Patch last week, in particular the lives that were lost, and of course when that happens in your community, you tend to take a deeper look inward and upward.  It struck me this morning as I went through my morning rituals that I am blessed.

  • I am blessed to be a father of three absolutely amazing kids.
  • I am blessed to be engaged to a woman that inspires me and supports me and loves me.
  • I am blessed to be a chiropractor where my main job is to discover what is limiting people in their life and health, and correcting that limitation so that they can experience 100 percent health and life.
  • I am blessed to be part of a business that is creating a health care revolution in our country, whose main goal is to empower people to live their lives optimally.
  • I am blessed to have parents who have set a strong example for me through love, support, and dedication.
  • I am blessed to work with a staff who shares the same vision that I do and who give everything they've got to fulfilling our mission: to educate and adjust as many families as possible, back to optimal health, using natural chiropractic care.
  • I am blessed to be part of a community that I see has met obstacles and is overcoming them through vision, commitment and excellence.

And there's so much more...when I look at that list and all of the other things I have been blessed with, it helps me push all the stressors and obstacles to the side and focus on what really matters.

LIFE!!

So here's my challenge to you today...I want you to take just one minute and profess your gratitude for what you have.  Be thankful for the life you have, knowing that it can be taken away at any moment.  Smile and tell God how thankful you are for your life and how BIG it is.
