Miss Cobb County Gets Royal Sendoff
Tuesday night's event in Marietta was a preliminary for the Miss Georgia Pageant.
The reigning Miss Cobb County Stephanie Burkholder and three other young ladies are off to Columbus to compete for the rightΒ to continue onto Las Vegas and even greater awards.
Tuesday night, the four talented and attractive representatives of your county had a chance to demonstrate what they would share on the stage in Columbus this weekend and next week.
About 100 well-wishers crowded into the lobby of Jennie T. Anderson Theatre and signed cards, gave gifts and cheered them on as they were presented on stage, Β as they will appear before The Miss Georgia judges.
