Cobb EMC seeks to Keep it White
The resources of this member owned cooperative are being used to maintain the status quo to maintain the composition of the board non-reflective of the membership’s demographics. This is what their By-Laws state.
Per the bylaws: "SECTION 2.10. Campaigning and Rules for Director Elections. The Cooperative is prohibited from using the Cooperative’s funds or resources to support or oppose an individual candidate or nominee for director..."

As an owner/member and board candidate, I am concerned about the use of Cobb EMC branding and funded videos to support the campaigns of incumbents Kelly Bodner, Eric Broadwell and Rudy Underwood.
