Recognized by U.S. News and World Report as some of the best in the country.

Congratulations are in order for our South Cobb High Schools, Educators, and Students- as well as others around Cobb County - for being recognized by U.S. News and World Report as some of the best in the country in its newly released Best High Schools List.
The publication ranks 18,000 public high schools around the country. Rankings are compiled based on graduation rates, college readiness, math and reading scores and the academic performance of minority or disadvantaged students. Walton High School was the highest-ranked Cobb County school on the list - ranked No. 5 in Georgia and 187th nationally.
