Veteran Hollywood TV and film writer Jeffery Stepakoff will discuss his novel, "Fireworks of Toccoa" at the Booked for Lunch Auther Series. The proceeds of this upscale weekday luncheon benefit the Gail Rogers Scholarship, which is given to a Cobb County Library staff memeber for assistance with continued education for a master's degree in Library Science.
