GDOL will help Flexible Staffing recruit workers in Cobb County Aug. 23

The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) will help Flexible Staffing Solutions fill about 40 jobs for assembly-line production workers in Kennesaw Thursday, Aug. 23.     

Two recruitments will be held at the GDOL’s Cobb-Cherokee Career Center, located at 465 Big Shanty Road in Marietta: one from 11 a.m. to 12 noon, followed by another from 12:15-1:15 p.m.     

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have at least six months of warehouse or production experience, able to lift boxes at least 20 pounds each, and stand for long periods of time in a fast-paced production environment.

Applicants must have at least two forms of identification, including a driver’s license, a state-issued picture-identification card, a birth certificate, or a U.S. Social Security Card.  

Salaries are $7.25 an hour for 40 hours a week.
