Cobb was awarded a $100,000 grant through the Atlanta Regional Commission's Livable Centers Initiative Program to conduct a study in the Six Flags area. The overall purpose of the Six Flags LCI study is to develop a master plan that includes many transportation options with existing and new land uses, including mixed use. The study will provide guidance in the development of programs and incentives to entice quality development to meet the needs of future residents, employees and visitors.
