Letter to Cobb Board of Commissioners

Cobb Board of Commissioners,

If and when you decide to vote against senior retirement communities in Cobb County, please remember you were elected by the citizens which includes the senior population as well.

There is a massive shortage of senior affordable communities throughout the county. Please also remember that you, yourself will one day become a senior and lord forbid the affordable communities are not there for you or your family members when that time comes. None of us can predict the future in knowing where our lives will be 10, 20, 30 years down the road. But, you as elected officials, can shape the future for seniors knowing that their debt to society has been paid in full.

With elections next year for some, the senior community will not forget and will not be as forgiving as we've been in the past. Please make the right choice in voting for senior retirement communities remembering our vote is your future in politics! We trust you'll do what's right!
