From Cobb County Chief Magistrate Judge Brendan Murphy:
Dispossessory hearings (landlord/tenant evictions) are cancelled for the duration of the judicial emergency. While the court cannot refuse to file in a new petition, we are not setting any court dates on evictions. No orders will be signed nor writs of possession granted. Court dates will only be set once the judicial emergency is over.
