Woodstock Named Top Place To Live In Cherokee 2022: Niche
Woodstock made the list of top places to live in Cherokee County in the new report based on things like cost of living and public schools.

WOODSTOCK, GA — The best place to live in Cherokee County is Woodstock, according to Niche's new list of best places to live in 2022.
The new Niche listings for best places to live in 2022, with rankings both national and local, were released on Monday. Niche creates its annual Best Places to Live rankings using data from the U.S. Census, FBI, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in addition to resident reviews, according to a news release. It also considers factors like affordability, the housing market, diversity, public schools and walkability.
Woodstock was ranked No. 1 on the list of best places to live in Cherokee County. Its overall Niche grade is an A.

The city received high marks for public schools, good for families and diversity. Housing and nightlife each were ranked B+, with crime and safety earning a score of B.
Woodstock was also ranked the No. 83 best place to live in Georgia, out of 453 cities, and No. 22 of best suburb to raise a family in Georgia out of 164 cities.
