ARRESTS
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CREDIT CARD

Elijha Walker, 51, is accused of unlawful possession of a credit/debit card, and was arrested at 8:10 p.m. April 26, at Red Roof Inn, 0-30 block of W. Algonquin Road. A court date of June 3 was assigned.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO VEHICLES

Marco Charles Smith, 20, is accused of criminal trespass to vehicles, and was arrested at 10 p.m. April 26, at Arlington Heights Ford 1100 block of Larrabee Street. A court date of May 9 was assigned.
BURGLARY
Juan Carlos Rodriguez-Mena, 35, is accused of burglary, also had a warrant for a bail bond, and was arrested at 5:33 p.m. April 25, at EZ Pawn, 1700 block of W. Algonquin Road.
DOMESTIC BATTERY
- Kirk L. Reese, 24, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 5:33 p.m. April 27, in Arlington Heights. A court date of May 9 was assigned.
- Princess D. Ratliff, 22, is accused of domestic battery, aggravated battery to a peace officer, and was arrested at 11:49 p.m. April 23, in Arlington Heights. A court date of May 23 was assigned.
- Daniel Gajewski, 58, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested at 11:38 p.m. April 27, in Arlington Heights. A court date of May 23 was assigned.
BATTERY
Richard A. Perry, 19, is accused of battery (fighting), and was arrested 11:40 p.m. April 26, at Motel 6, 400 block of W. Algonquin Road. A court date of June 14 was assigned.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Anna E. Lenoach, 44, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested at 3:37 p.m. April 23, in the 700 block of W. Palatine Road. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of May 16 was assigned.
DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE
Lorenzo R. Hicks, 39, is accused of driving on a revoked license, and was arrested at 12:20 p.m. April 25, at W. Dundee Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of May 13 was assigned.
RETAIL THEFT
Gregg S. Henning, 59, is accused of retail theft, and was arrested at 6:45 p.m. April 22, at Mariano's Fresh Market, 800 block of E. Northwest Highway. A court date of May 10 was assigned.
VIOLATION OF A BAIL BOND
Destinie A. Griggs, 37, had a warrant for violation of a bail bond, and was arrested at the Lake County Sheriff's Department Detention Facility, 20 S. Country St. A court date of May 16 was assigned.

INCIDENTS
VANDALISM
A resident in the 1500 block of N. Belmont Avenue reported that during the overnight hours of April 25 someone their red Ford Explorer.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
A resident in the 1100 block of W. Hawthorne Street called police on April 25 to report that between 11:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m., someone entered her residence and stole $10,000 in cash and an Apple iPhone.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
- An employee of a business in the 200 block of S. Arlington Heights Road reported that between April 26 and April 27, the window on the front door was shattered with an unknown object.
- A resident in the 900 block of S. Walnut Avenue called police to report that during the overnight hours of April 30, someone broke the light fixture on the light post located near her driveway with a mailbox. The cost to repair the light fixture is approximately $1,500.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON
An employee of a business in the 1600 block of W. Northwest Highway called police at 9:20 p.m. April 27, to report someone walked into the business and attempted to steal the tip jar. The subject is described as a female between 30 and 40 years old, with blonde hair, wearing all black clothing. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the subject.
BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE
- Residents in the 2000 block of N. Ridge Avenue, 1100 block of W. Brittany Drive and 400 block of W. Hintz Road reported that between 4 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. April 28, their vehicles were left unlocked, and someone entered and stole items. The items stolen were: tan/brown Louis Vuitton purse, Burberry wallet containing credit cards and driver's license, Garmin GPS, an iPhone and loose change. The suspect vehicles are possibly a white Honda Accord and a silver Toyota Tundra.
- A resident in the 2300 block of S. Goebbert Road called police to report that during the overnight hours of April 29, her black Infiniti was left unlocked and someone entered it and stole items. The items stolen were: $125 in cash, a driver's license, an ID Card, passport, multiple credit cards and medical insurance cards.
BURGLARY
An employee of a business in the 700 block of W. Dundee Road reported at 4:40 a.m. May 1, seeing the chain link fence around the business was cut and the bay-door glass window pane was shattered. Taken were several key fobs to vehicles.
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
A resident in the 400 block of W. Algonquin Road called police at 3 a.m. May 2, to report hearing a sawing noise outside his room. He looked out the window and saw his vehicle jacked-up on one side. The victim went outside to investigate when someone pointed two guns at him and said, “Get back.” The victim retreated and called 911. The victim later determined the catalytic converter was stolen from his 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander.
