FIT4MOM Greater Northwest Chicago Suburbs, was started by Kristen Knobloch and Nicole Fraser, two local moms who's passion for fitness and desire to help moms feel supported and empowered from pregnancy through empty nest, led them to ownership of this FIT4MOM local franchise.
FIT4MOM is the country's largest fitness program for moms, offering classes for every stage of motherhood. We offer Stroller Fitness classes, Fit4Baby, Body Back classes, Body Ignite, and a Run Club. We also host monthly playdates and Mom’s Night Out events.
Moms can attend classes in a variety of locations throughout the Northwest Suburbs, including Algonquin, Bartlett, Barrington, Bloomingdale, Elgin, Lake Zurich, Mundelein and Wauconda. The first class is always FREE ! We look forward to having you as a member of our village.
