Lulu’s Wiggin Out has expanded its selection of women’s fashion, accessories and wigs at its Crystal Lake boutique located at 63 N. Williams Street in Downtown Crystal Lake.
In addition to designer clothing and accessories, the store is now one of the premier Chicagoland location for wigs.
Lulu’s closed its Algonquin store to consolidate its unique selection for women under one roof.

“We have brought all of our services to a single location to better serve our customers. Our downtown Crystal Lake store is a popular location, easily accessible, and offers the room to expand our collection of women’s accessories,” said Luann Bauer, owner of Lulu’s Wiggin Out.

The boutique features clothing, hats, jewelry, handbags, gifts, home décor and more. Lulu’s has the latest fashions for every season including dresses, tops, jackets and other items.
The shop has a wide selection of synthetic and natural hair wigs with the option to custom order.
Lulu’s has a reputation for being one of the area’s best wig salons for women going through chemotherapy, or hair loss. The store has a licensed cosmetologist on site to help customers with wig selection, and also features hats, scarves, turbans and other items for hair loss.
A former breast cancer survivor, Bauer opened her first Lulu’s Wiggin Out in 2005 in Algonquin. She later added a unique collection of women’s clothing and accessories and carries many sought after designers.
“I was committed to helping women feel beautiful while undergoing the difficulties of cancer,” Bauer said. “We pride ourselves on the personal service we offer to help our customers find the perfect wig, accessory or gift.”
Lulu’s Wiggin Out has received the “Best of the Fox” award for several years.
