NEW EVENT! Lake Discovery Day at Crystal Lake Main Beach Has Something for Everyone
Including Fishing Gear and Small Watercraft Sale
The Crystal Lake Park District has introduced Lake Discovery Day as an exciting addition to the fall 2014 event schedule. Mark your calendar for Saturday, October 18, Noon-4 pm at Crystal Lake Main Beach, 300 Lakeshore Drive, Crystal Lake. Admission is free and raffle prizes will be awarded throughout the day.
Highlights of the Crystal Lake Park District Lake Discovery Day include: Fishing Demonstrations, Crib and Structure Building for Fisherman, Ice Fishing Information, Fly Tying & Jig Making Demonstrations, Fish Stocking and Shocking, Lake Safety, a State of the Lake Presentation and a Fishing Gear and Small Watercraft Sale.
The Fishing Gear and Small Watercraft Sale will be held at the Main Beach entrance, weather permitting. There is no fee to sell, and sellers must bring their own table.
