Want to Lend a Hand?

Volunteering is a great way to help the community. FISH is a local food and clothing pantry that exists to help meet the needs of many.

Looking for a way to make a difference? Thought about volunteering but weren’t sure where to go? How about the FISH Pantry. FISH is a local food and clothing pantry that has been in existence for forty-nine years and is located in the Downers Grove Township building.

FISH is in need of dedicated people who can do things such as: drive a van for pickups and deliveries or sorting food and clothing. The commitment is up to you. If you can do one day a week or four, your time is appreciated. Typically hours are available in the mornings between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

For more information, please contact Ruth Anderson at (630) 964-7776. We appreciate you considering this very important way to help the community.
