Highland Park Opts For New Waste/Recycling Option - The city of Highland Park has selected Lakeshore Recycling Systems (LRS) as its waste and recycling hauler beginning on January 1, 2016. LRS and the city will reach out to residents and commercial customers during the remainder of 2015.
