• 4 Townhomes Proposed For Site In Downtown Glen Ellyn (patch.com) — Residents in Glen Ellyn may soon see four new three-story townhomes proposed for 451 Duane St., replacing a demolished single-family home in the downtown area. The Glen Ellyn Plan Commission will review the detailed plan, including rooftop decks, elevators, and walled terraces, at a pre-application meeting on Aug. 27 as part of a broader public review process.
