Illinois Shotokan Karate holds an Adult Karate class for beginner/continuer (white-orange) students ages 15 years old and up. Attendants will learn self defense skills and develop poise, agility and muscle tone. This class meets on Mondays through 8/29. Registration required. Attendants should check the class schedule for no-class dates.
