McHenry County College holds their Annual Fit For Life 5K Walk/Run at Lippold Park in Crystal Lake. Pre-registration available at https://www.signmeup.com/site/online-event-registration/76422. Race-day registration is also available. All proceeds go to the purchase of handicapped-accessible equipment for public use.
