Someone Somewhere is Up to No Good: Very suspicious goings-on were reported to the Lake Bluff police late last month by the peek-from-behind-the-curtain brigade. In one, a mysterious black pickup truck on Pine Court was being loaded up with belongings. In another, a man was seen walking down the street at 9 p.m. and someone thought he was drunk. When police arrived at the scene of the pickup truck mystery, they learned a young man was packing up to leave for college.
