Palatine Police to Stake Out Dunkin' Donuts for 'Cop On Rooftop' Fundraiser

Police officers from throughout the state will once again stake out Dunkin’ Donuts rooftops to heighten awareness and raise donations for the Law Enforcement Torch Run to benefit Special Olympics Illinois.

This year Palatine's event will be held on Friday, June 1 from 5 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the 801 E. Dundee Rd, at the intersection of Rand and Dundee roads.

More than $216,000 was raised during last year's record-breaking Cop on Rooftop event at 114 locations! 

Everyone who visits a Cop on Rooftop store and makes a donation to the Torch Run will receive a free donut. People who donate at least $10 will also receive a Law Enforcement Torch Run travel mug and coupon for free coffee.
