26-Year-Old Woodridge Man Dies in Rollover Crash

A 26-year-old man has died following a single-car accident in Riverside, WGN reports

Cesar Ramirez, of the 2600 block of 75th St., was pronounced dead around 12:05 a.m. at Loyola University Hospital in Maywood, about 15 minutes after arriving.

Riverside police told WGN preliminary reports said the SUV was traveling at a high speed, struck a curb and rolled over several times onto the front lawn of a Riverside home. Ramirez was thrown from the car.

There was a strong odor of alcohol from both Ramirez and his passenger, a 23-year-old Cicero woman who sustained minor injuries, police told WGN.
