Caregiver Support Group | Living Stories Lecture

If you care for an elderly parent, spouse or friend, Saratoga Grove Retirement Community, in Downers Grove, offers a  FREE support group meeting that is made especially for for you. Share your thoughts, feelings, and concerns while getting support from others in the same situation -- you'll find you are not alone!


Saratoga Grove offers lecture series to help, such as:

  • How to Have the Tough Conversations
  • What’s Happening to Mom: recognizing the early signs of dementia
  • How to relax and deal with stress
  • Dealing with Depression
  • How to talk to your Doctor

The evening will begin at 6:30pm, appetizers served. People will have chances to connect with each other before and after the main presentation.
