Laughter, Meditation and Gratitude Program at the Woodridge Public Library

Om Johari will cover the health, psychological and spiritual benefits of laughter. He will show us how to use laughter as an example of meditation and discuss various aspects of meditation - what it is, how to meditate and why meditation is good for us. Johari says "Hearty laughter means you laugh from the heart, throwing your hands up in the air as if you are spreading laughter across the world."
