Children's Programs
Unless otherwise noted, registration is required for all programs. Baby Lapsits, Toddler Times, and Storytimes are open to Woodridge Public Library cardholders only. Other Children's Department programs are open to children who attend District 68 schools and have a valid card from their home library. Please bring your library card when you register. Preschool Programs
Baby Lapsit / Toddler Time / Storytime
Winter Session: Monday, January 17 - Thursday, February 24. Registration begins: Saturday, January 8, 9:00 AM in person, 10:00 AM by phone. Children must turn the correct age for the winter session by Saturday, January 1.
Baby Lapsit I – 3 - 11 months + caregiver
Baby Lapsit I is a gentle 15-minute storytime of fingerplays, soft movement activities, and a story shared with your baby. Fifteen minutes of playtime and social time will follow the program.

Baby Lapsit II – 12 - 23 months + caregiver
Baby Lapsit II is a more energetic 15-minute storytime for our crawlers and walkers with simple stories, songs, fingerplays, and movement activities. Fifteen minutes of playtime and social time will follow the program.

Tuesdays 9:30 - 10:00 AM
Toddler Time – 2 year old + caregiver
Toddler Time is a 20-minute story program for 2-year-olds (or young 3's) and caregiver.

Wednesdays 10:30 - 10:50 AM
Thursdays 9:30 - 9:50 AM
Storytime – 3 - 5 year olds without caregiver (children go in alone)
Storytime is a half-hour story program for 3- to 5-year-olds (not in Kindergarten).

Wednesdays 9:30 - 10:00 AM
7:00 - 7:30 PM
