Fencing Stolen from Downers Grove South
Grounds crew employee said it would have required several people to remove the fence from the property.
A section of blue fence from the softball field at has been stolen, according to Downers Grove police.
A grounds crew employee told police one section of the home run marker fencing was missing and another section was found near the backstop area close to 63rd Street.
The employee said the fencing is very heavy and would have required several people to remove it from the property. The fencing is valued at $657.

The incident took place between 4 p.m. Sept. 20 and 8 a.m. Sept. 21.
