Four Incidents of Car Damage Aug. 11-12

In three incidents, a large object was thrown through each vehicle's rear window; in the fourth, sugar was put into a gas tank.

Four incidents of damage took place to cars parked in Woodridge between Aug. 11 and 12, .

In three instances, someone threw a large object through the rear window of a car: 

  • Between 10 p.m. Aug. 11 and 7 a.m. Aug. 12 in the 2100 block of Wheeler Street.
  • Between 10 p.m. Aug. 11 and 7 a.m. Aug. 12 in the 5900 block of Jackson Drive.
  • Between 10 p.m. Aug. 11 and 6 a.m. Aug. 12 in the 6500 block of Langley Court.

In the fourth, someone poured sugar in the gas tank of a car between 2:30 p.m. Aug. 11 and 8 a.m. Aug. 12 in the 8100 block of Route 53, police said.
