Pair Charged with Child Neglect, Endangerment
Police say Tiffany Dietrich, 22, and Noel Incavo, 23, left two children unattended who then tried to squeeze through the bars of a third-floor apartment balcony.

Two Woodridge residents were arrested Aug. 12 after two children were seen attempting to squeeze through the bars of a third-story apartment building balcony.
Tiffany Dietrich, 22, and Noel Incavo, 23, both of the 2500 block of Spring Street, were arrested about 8 p.m. and charged with two counts of child endangerment and two counts of child neglect.
Police say the pair left the children unattended while they were attempting to squeeze through the bars.

Dietrich also was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Incavo was charged with unlawful use of weapon.
Incavo had knives and pellet guns in the apartment, said Kate Croteau, management analyst for the .
