Car stolen
A driver left a car running while stopping into a business, and when he or she returned, the car was gone, police said. The incident occurred around 8:50 p.m. in the 7000 block of Woodward Avenue.

Pedestrian sign knocked over

Someone knocked over a pedestrian sign with his or her car and fled the area around 2:30 a.m. in the 8200 block of Westview Lane, police said.

Computer stolen
Someone stole a computer from a residence between 10 p.m. on June 26 and 7:45 a.m. on June 27 in the 3300 block of Deer Drive, police said.
Saturday, June 25
Theft at Target
A juvenile, 17, from Chicago, was arrested around 7:30 p.m. and charged with retail theft after he or she removed various electronic items valued at $500 from , 2333 63rd St., police said.
Friday, June 24
Theft from Kohl's
Caitlin Mittelheuser, 21, from the 3200 block of Justamere Road, was arrested around noon and charged with retail theft after she removed various pieces of jewelry from , 1001 75th St., police said.
Posession of marijuana
Tyren Hutchinson, 22, from the 500 block of Frieh Drive in Romeoville, was arrested around 3:45 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana (under 30 grams) following a traffic stop in the 3200 block of Deer Drive, police said.
Jewelry stolen
Someone removed jewelry from a residence after the residents hosted a party around 10 p.m. in the 6500 block of Double Eagle Drive, police said.
Car keyed
Someone keyed the front passenger door of a car in the 2200 block of Country Club Drive between 3:30 p.m. on June 24 and 9:30 a.m. on June 25, police said.

Gas stolen
Someone pumped $40 worth of gas and left without paying around 3 p.m. at , 2401 63rd St., police said.
