Sept. 7

Theft from Target

Cheryl Workman, 22, of the 1200 block of Lakeshore Drive, Lisle, was arrested about 9:43 p.m. on a charge of retail theft after she attempted to remove various cleaning and pet supplies from Target, 2333 63rd St., police said.

Sept. 6

Theft from Target

Two 16-year-olds from Downers Grove were arrested about 5:40 p.m. on a charge of retail theft after they attempted to remove various cosmetics and clothing items from Target, 2333 63rd St., police said.

Sept. 4

Driving under the influence

Ryan Mayor, 28, of the 500 block of Timber Ridge Drive, Carol Stream, was arrested about 12:45 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop near Route 53 and Fox Ridge Court, police said. 

Address sign damaged

Someone damaged an address sign in the 2800 block of Mitchell Drive, police said. The damage was discovered at 11:20 a.m. The cost of replacing the sign is estimated at $500.

Sept. 3

Possession of marijuana

A 17-year-old from the 400 block of Westmont was arrested about 12:45 p.m. on a charge of marijuana possession after a traffic stop in the 2700 block of Hobson Road, police said.

Sept. 2

I.D. stolen

Someone removed identification from an employee’s locker in a business in the 2300 block of Woodward Avenue, police said. The incident took place between 1:45 and 6 p.m. 

Theft from Kohl's

Matthew Bagnall, 22, of the 600 block of William Drive in Hinsdale, was arrested about 6:15 p.m. on a charge of retail theft after he removed earrings from Kohl’s, 1001 75th St., police said.
